Welcome to Vegan Food Tour Tbilisi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (Vegan Food Tour Tbilisi) and the booking of our guided culinary experiences.

By accessing this website and booking a tour, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Business Identification & Legal Entity

This website and the brand name Vegan Food Tour Tbilisi are owned and operated by the registered Georgian Individual Entrepreneur business entity Napa Valley Vegan Abroad (Tax ID: 305852191), legally registered in Georgia.

2. Services Offered

Vegan Food Tour Tbilisi provides guided culinary and cultural walking tours in Tbilisi, Georgia. The service consists of a guided walking experience through local neighborhoods, cultural commentary, vegan and local food history, and a set sequence of vegan food and beverage tastings at partner establishments. At this time, we do not sell, stock, or ship physical commercial goods.

3. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Bookings are made online through our reservation calendar system.
• No payment is collected at the time of online booking. Your reservation secures your date and time slot.
• By making a booking, you commit to arriving at the designated meet-up location at the scheduled time.

4. Pricing and Payment Currency

• All tour prices listed on our website are denominated in Georgian Lari (GEL).
• In strict accordance with Georgian national legislation, all transactions will be processed and executed exclusively in Georgian Lari (GEL).

5. Payment Method (In-Person Only)

• We do NOT process or collect payments through this website.
• All payments are collected physically, in person, at the start of the tour experience at the designated meet-up location.
• Payments are securely processed via an official Bank of Georgia (BOG) mobile POS terminal. We accept all major international Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, chip-and-pin, and contactless mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). While tipping is never expected, we are always grateful. Tips can be made using cash or the BOG mobile POS terminal. However, we prefer not to accept cash payments for the tour itself. 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Customers may book, cancel or reschedule their tour up to 3 hours (10AM) before the scheduled tour start time without any penalty. 
• We understand that sometimes vacations can be unpredictable. No problem! If you’re unable to join us on the tour, please contact Tonia by phone, WhatsApp or email as soon as possible out of respect for her and her partners. You can also reschedule for no additional fee. 
• Refunds: Since no advanced deposits or online payments are taken prior to the tour date, no delayed bank card refunds are required for cancellations made before the event.
• Post-Payment: Once a transaction is completed in person at the tour meet-up location via the POS terminal, the service is deemed delivered in real-time. Refunds after the tour has commenced are handled on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.

7. Website Security & Redirects

Our website uses standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your browsing data. Our platform functions solely as an informational and local booking catalog. It does not utilize external payment links, malicious pop-ups, or unauthorized third-party payment redirects.

2. No Financial or Card Data Collection

We do NOT collect, process, or store any credit card numbers, bank account details, or financial data on this website. Because our website checkout has been entirely deactivated, you will never be asked to enter financial data online. All payments happen strictly in person via a secure, physical Bank of Georgia payment terminal.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

• Confirm and manage your tour reservation.
• Contact you with tour logistics, meet-up location coordinates, or updates regarding  changes.
• Improve our customer service and local experience delivery.

4. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Your data is stored securely within our website framework and is protected by standard SSL (HTTPS) encryption protocol. We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or outside entities.

5. Cookies

Our website uses basic functional cookies to ensure our online booking calendar operates smoothly and displays available slots correctly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you wish.

6. Your Rights
